Customer Service for components

Around the world, thousands of Liebherr components are used in a whole range of different applications. Our components division offers services adapted to individual needs. In this way, various requirements from customers can be realised within and outside the Group.

Aside from high performing components, Liebherr also supports customers with comprehensive services. Customers profit from short response times, original spare parts with fast availability and an extensive range of training courses. In this way, we assure the performance of our components throughout the entire lifecycle.

Competent specialist personnel can be at the site quickly, if required. This helps to minimise downtimes. Furthermore, our customers can take advantage of technical advice and support from specialists at our production sites.

Spare parts from the original equipment manufacturer maintain the value of your components

Spare parts

Original spare parts are available for all components from Liebherr. The extensive internal quality assurance system checks assure, along with our components themselves, that these meet the highest demands in terms of perfection and performance.

The use of original parts makes it possible to assure the cost effectiveness and value retention of our components. Centralised processing by our sales companies enables our customers to benefit from reliable and efficient processing of their spare parts orders at all times.

Since June 2015 Liebherr has been operating a state-of-the-art logistics center in Oberopfingen (Germany). With 47,000 m2 of warehouse space this has the capacity needed to provide a comprehensive range of spare parts for Liebherr components and earthmoving machinery. As a result of the latest storage technology, proximity to various components division production sites and immediate access to the motorway, it also offers the best conditions to meet our worldwide customers' spare part requirements quickly and efficiently.

Remanufacturing of Liebherr components

Nothing but original spare parts is also the approach adopted by the Liebherr Reman program. By reconditioning used Liebherr components in accordance with industrial standards, customers are offered an economic alternative to the original new part.

The sales order tracking service from Liebherr can be used by our sales partners to check the current processing status of their outstanding and completed spare parts orders at any time.

Training courses

Professional maintenance and repair make a significant contribution towards maximum exploitation of Liebherr components' lasting character. Our experienced employees are happy to pass on their specialist knowledge to customers and sales partners in the course of training. The company has its own training centers at the production facilities for this purpose. If necessary, we can also run training courses directly on-site.

Liebherr training center in Bulle

At the training center in Bulle (Switzerland), we teach customers and sales partners how to work with combustion engines, hydraulic pumps and motors as well as injection systems.
