Responsibilities
- Support legal research, legal translation and archiving of legal documents;
- Support contract management, corporate compliance activities and proofreading of translated documents;
- Uploading contracts and relevant corporate documents to designated database;
- Other legal and administrative tasks as assigned by the Paralegal.
Competencies
- Law related Major, who study in third or fourth year undergraduate in Shanghai;
- Passed the legal professional qualification examination or has intern experience in Law office/court Procuratorate/in-house are preferred;
- Fluently in English, IELTS or TOEFL test scores are favorable;
- Talkative and cheerful, critical thinking, legal search ability;
- Other common skill, such as familiar with office software.
