<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Support legal research, legal translation and archiving of legal documents;</li><li>Support contract management, corporate compliance activities and proofreading of translated documents;</li><li>Uploading contracts and relevant corporate documents to designated database;</li><li>Other legal and administrative tasks as assigned by the Paralegal.</li></ul><h2>Competencies</h2><ul><li>Law related Major, who study in third or fourth year undergraduate in Shanghai;</li><li>Passed the legal professional qualification examination or has intern experience in Law office/court Procuratorate/in-house are preferred;</li><li>Fluently in English, IELTS or TOEFL test scores are favorable;</li><li>Talkative and cheerful, critical thinking, legal search ability;</li><li>Other common skill, such as familiar with office software.</li></ul>Have we awoken your interest?
