Position: Technical Trainer- Customer Service
Job summary:
- Ensures customer satisfaction and added values with best service quality
- Trains regional customer service organizations via train-the-trainer concept
- Shapes the training concept and standards
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Determines regional training requirements (online- and offline courses)
- Checks and determines regional contents (conform to compliance Specifications and didactic standards)
- Plans, organizes and moderates regional trainer conferences
- Conducts regional train the trainer events or service partner trainings
- Develops and qualifies service organizations for products- digital challenges, service Software solutions and apps
- Develops surveys to measure knowledge transfer
Basic Education and Experience:
- Engineering preferably in electrical / electronics
- Proven 4 - 5 years experience in Training Service
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
Authorities:
Decides: Training efforts, schedules, participants with regards on effectiveness, resources and costs
