Which wine cooler cabinet is the right one for you?
Wine tempering cabinets. The perfect drinking temperature, always.
Do you enjoy spontaneously opening a good bottle of wine or Champagne? Then our wine tempering cabinets are the perfect choice for you. That’s because a selection of different wines can be stored here at the optimal drinking temperature for each one. Depending on the model, our appliances offer up to three temperature zones which can be individually adjusted. The temperature can be set accurately to the degree between 5°C and 20°C. These appliances also offer the ideal climate conditions for long-term wine storage and are the perfect match for any wine collection.
Wine storage cabinets. Maturing and storage, just like in a wine cellar.
You don’t have a wine cellar at home? No problem – our wine storage cabinets offer similar conditions to those of a wine cellar. A constant temperature is maintained throughout the interior of these appliances. They can be adjusted to between +5°C and +20°C, depending on your requirements. Wine storage cabinets are ideal for the long-term storage and maturing of wines. However, depending on the set temperature, these appliances can also hold a large supply of wine at drinking temperature.

Where wine is concerned, correct temperatures are always important. From the air temperature which ensures perfect growth of the grapes, to that which governs the aging processes in production, to the balanced temperature for storage of the finished wine. Above all, storage and serving temperatures ultimately defines a wine’s taste and palate. Discover how Liebherr wine cabinets protect your prized collection through German engineering.

Best’s, in Victoria’s Great Western, can make a few unique claims. Possessing the world’s oldest pinot meunier vines is one of them. With some of Melbourne’s finest palates in attendance, Best’s winemaker Justin Purser was kind enough to guide us through five decades of their ‘Old Vine’ Pinot Meunier. This was a rare chance to see just how well it ages in ideal conditions.

Fraser McKinley has reframed the possibilities of what Barossa wine can be. Sourced from small plots of vines (some significantly old), which he tends with organic principles, his wines are made using only whole bunches, with no adds bar a touch of sulphur. Blending across sites, barrels and even vintages, McKinley remakes the puzzle of components in surprising ways, creating wines that tell stories of time, place and people. He was crowned Young Gun of Wine in 2014.
