3 innovative products that await you in the InnovationLab
Under the slogan ‘Hands on the future’, Liebherr will be showcasing solutions for the construction sites of the future at Bauma 2025. The Group’s future-oriented technologies will be showcased in the InnovationLab in the outdoor area, stand 810. This is not about individual products, but about a large number of technologies and solutions that the Group is researching and developing. Discover a selection of exciting concepts from the InnovationLab.

S1 Vision
The prototype of the battery-electric and autonomous S1 Vision is also among the exhibits in the InnovationLab. This single-axle transport solution was developed to revolutionise the way materials are transported. The S1 Vision focuses exclusively on the core components that are actually relevant for material transport. The truck is designed to be scalable, with a payload ranging from 220 kilograms up to 131 tonnes. Because of this payload versatility, the S1 Vision can be adapted for various applications such as classic construction including earthmoving, agriculture and mining.

Autonomous Job Planner
Liebherr is showcasing two important components of the ‘Liebherr Autonomous Operations’ autonomous system in the InnovationLab. A 3D photo booth invites visitors to see themselves through the ‘eyes’ of a machine. Visitors can take what the machine sees home with them as a printed image.Another highlight in the InnovationLab is Liebherr’s Autonomous Job Planner web application, which enables intuitive planning of autonomous work assignments. Here, the Autonomous Job Planner is being used to plan the work orders of two autonomous wheel loaders on site and to execute them – without any involvement from a machine operator. The autonomous technology on display is installed on normal series-production wheel loaders, but will also be compatible and combinable with other autonomous Liebherr machines in the future.

LiReCon
Modern assistance systems ensure the efficient use of remote-controlled machines, even when they are in use hundreds of kilometres away. This is made possible by the Liebherr Remote Control System. This allows cranes, for example, to be controlled remotely – the crane operator moves from his crane cab to the construction site container, so to speak, which increases safety and convenience. There are two LiReCon stations in the InnovationLab, which control several Liebherr machines remotely from a real driver’s seat. Here, visitors have the opportunity to operate a PR 726 crawler dozer at the Liebherr factory premises in Telfs (Austria) from Bauma in Munich.
The InnovationLab in the outdoor area, stand 810, is playing host to pioneering concepts from various Liebherr product segments. The focus will be on digitalisation, advanced machine operation and innovative drive and material technologies. With a varied exhibition programme, Liebherr Group provides deep insights into these central research fields of the Group and conveys the application of its innovations developed for this purpose in a particularly practical way. Visitors are cordially invited to discover the innovative solutions, talk to product experts and, of course, get hands-on experience.
