The Liebherr Monterrey, S. de R.L. de C.V. plant lies close to the border with Texas in Mexico. High-quality large diameter bearings and gear rings for the American market are manufactured here. They are used primarily in wind turbines, construction machines, and maritime applications, but also in mining equipment, vehicle technology, and machine tools. Since production startup in 2010 the company has already delivered thousands of large diameter bearings mainly to North America. Additionally, numerous customer qualifications have been carried out. On-site production enables the needs of the American market to be met, and customers can be supplied on time and flexibly.

High efficiency through cooperation
Liebherr Monterrey, S. de R.L. de C.V. was founded in 2009 in García in the State of Nuevo León. It is the second Liebherr manufacturing plant for large diameter bearings and gear rings after Liebherr-Components Biberach GmbH in Germany.
Cooperation with German sister company
Liebherr Monterrey, S. de R.L. de C.V. works closely together with its German sister company. In Biberach Liebherr has been manufacturing large diameter bearings for nearly 70 years. The Mexican company profits from the many years of experience and expertise of the German manufacturing plant and therefore achieves high efficiency in all company processes.
