Gear shaping with maximum flexibility for many different workpieces

Our Liebherr gear shaping machines are optimally designed for versatile applications and can be individually adapted to the specific processes by selecting suitable modules. They offer the choice between an electromechanical and a hydraulic shaping head, depending on the machining requirements. The hydraulic shaping head is particularly suitable for machining large gears and tall modules, while the electromechanical shaping head is ideal for high stroke rates or for use in combination with the NC helical guide. The design with an axially movable shaping head slide allows a wide variety of components to be manufactured with minimal setup times.
