Our new, all-electric heavy-lift ship crane LS 800 E is now fully assembled on our test bed, showcasing its enormous size. Load tests have been successfully completed using the counterweights of our landmark in Rostock’s overseas port - the TCC 78000 - to support it. The LS 800 E boasts a maximum lifting capacity of 800 tonnes, a working radius of 39 metres, and features an all-electric drive system that enhances energy efficiency and reduces CO₂ emissions. We are now awaiting a few more tests before the crane is shipped to its next destination. This is a proud achievement for everyone involved in its production and is part of the ORCA project for our customer, SAL Heavy Lift.
