Order Management Support Specialist

Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities

• Assisting our global Order Management and Accounting Team with their efforts such as invoicing, forecasting, reporting
• Process aging reports and assistance in dunning management
• Assist in identifying variances of supplier invoices
• Assist our global Order Management and Accounting Team with warranty claim processes
• Manage administrative duties for our worldwide Order Management and Accounting Team
• Maintain data in line with internal protocols
• Process daily and ad-hoc data updates across various ERP systems

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

• Completion of studies in business administration, a commercial apprenticeship, or equivalent qualifications
• Proficiency in MS-Excel
• Experience in customer service and sales support
• Customer-focused, reliable, and independent work style
• Flexibility, Communication Skills, and Collaborative approach
• Assertiveness and Communication Skills
• 03 to 06 years of professional experience
