About the role
You will provide timely and effective administrative services to the New Machine Builds Team, as well as its customers. You will develop relationships and build trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate build manuals for Liebherr new machine assemblies
- Compile commissioning document requests
- Requesting commissioning and warranty documents prior to machine departure to site
- Ordering of build books
- Collation of pre-commissioning actions
- Review of component serial numbers for the machine card
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents within scope
About You
- Cert IV in relevant discipline OR minimum 3 years relevant administrative experience
- Advanced MS Office computer literacy and proficiency
- Initiative and self-drive
- Problem solving skills
- Sense of Pride and high attention to detail in all that you do
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
