Reman Service AdministratorKillarney
As an Office Administrator you will play a key role in supporting our Repair & Reman Service. You will primarily be responsible for administrative tasks, along with streamlining business processes and contributing to continuous improvement.
Key elements of the role
Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage customer correspondence, i.e., responding to inquiries, provide updates on status of repair and reman tasks, etc.
- Coordinate with third parties to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate shipping logistics for parts and equipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Always keeping the customer informed.
- Invoicing customer following completion of repair and reman orders and maintain account balances.
- Monitor departmental inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports, including performance metrics.
- General support to the customer service department, as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and improving the customer experience.
Qualifications, experience & competencies
Qualifications & experience
- NFQ level 5 office administration and / or suitable work experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Prior experience in a customer focused environment an advantage.
- Experience working with an ERP system an advantage, e.g., SAP, Infor.
