Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Ability to understand and read assembly drawings.
- General knowledge of hydraulic systems
- General gear assembly-fitting bearings, seals and coupling alignment.
- Fabrication of parts using shears and bending machine
- Other duties as assigned by the company from time to time.
Competencies
- A qualified Fitter
- Self-motivated with good organisational capabilities
- Ability to work as part of a team and to use own initiative.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be available to work shift work 06:30 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:30 rotating every week.
