The Troubleshoot Advisor (TSA) is an application engineered to analyse machinery failures, aiding users by offering direct links to support articles with step-by-step guides for recognising and addressing issues. Liebherr Mining has pioneered a cutting-edge software tool to minimise downtime while optimising troubleshooting efficiency. Currently, this software tool aids field service teams in over 20 countries.
The troubleshoot advisor detects the cause of breakdowns and proposes a solution.
Advanced and complete assistance for minimising downtimes
Liebherr continues to develop more than 1,000 troubleshooting guides which correspond to more than 1,500 actions and solutions including pictures and videos. it is available for the full range of Liebherr mining products, from the R 9100 to the R 9800 hydraulic excavators, and from the T 264 to the T 284 haul trucks.
Expert knowledge base is growing every day
Our dedicated team adds new content to improve the functionalities and adapt the guides throughout the lifecycle of a product. Images, videos and technical descriptions are always being developed to create a more thorough, powerful, and efficient database.
