To comply with current emission regulations, a SCR (selective catalytics reduction) system is used in earthmoving and material handling equipment for exhaust gas aftertreatment. The SCR system requires the use of urea solutions (AdBlue®). Storage and refueling with AdBlue® must be done very carefully to prevent contamination. Contamination could impair the function of the machine's exhaust gas aftertreatment system.
