A platform for the future of climate-neutral engines

Did you know that LiGO injection systems is a product platform that offers injection solutions for various alternative fuels? The technology supports hydrogen, methanol, ammonia and ethanol – all fuels that contribute to the decarbonisation of heavy-duty transport and maritime applications, as well as decentralised energy systems.

Single component or a complete system

The products of the LiGO injection systems platform are available both individually or as a complete system. For each fuel, we develop tailor-made solutions consisting of components for fuel control (pump, control module), transmission (rail, lines) and injection (injectors).

Efficient injector technology for different fuels

The LiGO injectors are based on a uniform technical platform and are suitable for both gaseous hydrogen and liquid alternative fuels. They enable single-fuel solutions with 100% hydrogen for spark-ignited engines, as well as dual-fuel applications in diesel engines. Various diesel substitution rates up to pure diesel operation are possible.

Safety first

The LRM regulator module is equipped with essential safety features, including a shut-off valve for a safety interruption of the hydrogen supply and an electronically controlled vent valve. These mechanisms ensure a controlled fuel supply and prevent uncontrolled leakage.
