We are looking for a professional to coordinate and control the activities in the financial area of the company and its different Divisions.
Responsibilities
- - Rendering of accounts for the fiscal year.
- Managing and ensuring strict compliance with the company's accounting and tax regulations.
- Planning, management and control of the administrative processes of the department.
- Collaborate with the General Management in the preparation of the annual budget, and preparation of periodic reports on results, deviations and forecasts.
- Planning and management of the accounting organization, collaborating with the chief accountant in the preparation of the company's annual accounts.
- Responsible for the inventory. Ensures the proper valuation of the inventory. Administrative support to the commercial management.
- Lead the human team of the Company's Administration department.
- Collaborate with other areas of the company in the administrative execution of its objectives and in the application of control criteria and budgetary rigor.
- Design, preparation and follow-up of the administrative procedures manual.
- Liaison with internal and external advisors and auditors.
- Other ad-hoc functions.
Minimun Requirements
- ADE or equivalent studies
- Around 10 years of experience as administration manager or similar.
- Experience in team management (minimum 5 people) and conflict resolution essential.
- Strong organizational skills and accustomed to working with administrative deadlines.
- Efficient use of Advanced Excel (Formulation, pivot tables...).
- Knowledge in SAP tools will be an asset
- Resolute and autonomous person
- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
Languages:
Spanish, mother tongue
English, advanced level C1.
German, would be an asset
