Cyber Security Risk Manager (m/w/d)Bulle

We are expanding our Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues and leaders joining us. To support the team in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Cyber Security Risk Manager. The scope of duties includes the following:

Responsibilities:

Leads internal and external teams of consulting unit, enables business value, provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, allocates specialists.

• Refines and adjusts cybersecurity risk management framework
• Leads and Develop Risk-Aware Culture
• Enables Risk Management driven Cybersecurity Operations
• Oversees risk assessments and vulnerability scans
• Develop and maintain a risk register
• Monitor and report on key risks
• Collaborate with business units to identify and prioritize risks
• Work with security teams to implement risk mitigation measures

Competencies:

• Bachelor’s/master’s in risk management, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 5+ years in risk management roles in Information Security field
• Following certificates are preferred; CRISC, CISSP, or CISM, FAIR or ISO 27005 certifications
• English is a Must, German and French are a plus
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks
• Knowledge of ISO 27005, NIST RMF and understanding of ISO31000
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards
• Risk assessment and analysis skills
• Data analysis and visualization skills
• Readiness for global travel
