Cyber Security Programme Manager (m/w/d)Bulle
We are expanding our Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues and leaders joining us. To support the team in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Cyber Security Programme Manager. The scope of duties includes the following:
Responsibilities:
Leads internal and external teams of consulting unit, enables business value, provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, allocates specialists.
- Support in developing cybersecurity strategy
- Implement and oversee cyber security programme
- Manage cybersecurity projects inclusive time, resources and budget
- Manage Risk and Dependencies at Program Level
- Monitor and report on program performance
- Collaborate with business units and IT teams
- Identify and prioritize cyber security initiatives
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years in program/project management and leading large-scale cybersecurity initiatives
- Following certificates are preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (e.g. SAFe). CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications
- English is a Must, German and French are a plus
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards
- (especially NIST & ISO 27001)
- Project management skills
- Financial management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Readiness for global travel
