Responsibilities

• Verifying, settling and making record of all administrative bill statements, such as stationery, couriers, beverages, printer cartridges and premise renting / management and utility fees, etc.;
• Assisting in review of admin vendors contracts;
• Assisting in admin purchasing such as venders selection, price negotiation and preparation of PA and PP;
• Assisting in company events organization, such as outing, family day, health check and annual dinner;
• Assisting in expense analysis
• Assisting in CSR- KPI data collection
• Attend ESG-related trainings and report;
• Assisting in travel management of exhibitions, such as BAUMA and Air Show China, etc.;
• Visitors travel itineraries coordination;
• Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as required for the role; attend EHS-related trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or EHS-related risk is discovered.
• Take urgent actions as required once an emergency risk is discovered.
• Other tasks to be assigned by supervisor.

Competencies

• College degree or above;
• Business administration, international trade, English or similar;
• At least 1 year working experience;
• Good command of business etiquette in international culture;
• Be familiar with purchasing process and travel management;
• Fluent written and oral English;
• Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills;
• Proficient computer skills;
• Work together

• Making competent decisions
• Thinking and acting responsibly
