The new Betomix and Mobilmix series

The new generation of concrete mixing plants from Liebherr revolutionize the production of concrete by enabling economical production. The modular design of our Betomix and Mobilmix series offers a wide range of options that can be flexibly adapted to the customer's needs. This flexibility enables the quick and uncomplicated realization of both stationary and mobile concrete mixing plants.

Fast assembly and availability

Quick assembly

Installation of the mixing plants is extremely quick and cost-effective thanks to their folding concept and the integrated technology container with pre-cabling ex works.

The Mobilmix series requires no foundation work - concrete production is possible after 9 days under the right conditions.

For the stationary Betomix series, only a level base plate or simple foundation strips are required - concrete production is possible after 15 days if the right conditions are met.

Fast delivery times

Our Betomix and Mobilmix mixing plants can be delivered within a few weeks, which enables efficient project planning.

The modules are delivered to the construction site as complete transport units. Thanks to transport optimization, special transports are no longer necessary for almost all system variants.

Quickly and efficiently ready for winter operation

The cladding can be fitted in a short time. With Betomix, large sandwich elements are bolted to cross beams. With the Mobilmix, cladding modules are quickly and easily connected to the system using the Lego principle.

As an option, a 100 mm version can be selected instead of the usual 60 mm thick ISO cladding.

Sustainable and economical concrete production

High energy efficiency

A significant innovation in modern Liebherr mixing plants is the smoothing of power peaks. This is achieved through the use of frequency inverters and their LiPerformance parameterization, which intelligently start up and control all of the mixing system's drives. This not only significantly reduces connection costs to the power grid, but also noticeably reduces wear thanks to the smooth starting and stopping of the drives.

Enormous cement savings

The precise dosing of cement with an accuracy of +/- 0.35 % is another outstanding feature of the new Liebherr concrete mixing plants. This enables a more efficient use of resources, as up to 8 kg of cement can be saved on a typical recipe with 300 kg of cement per cubic meter of concrete.

High-performance mixing systems

Mixer variety

Depending on customer requirements and application, different mixing systems can be installed in the same basic system. Liebherr uses its own twin-shaft or ring-pan mixers for the highest demands. Output rates of 100 to 210 m³ of compacted fresh concrete per hour are possible.

Reduced mixing times

With the latest generation of Liebherr twin-shaft and ring-pan mixers, the speeds of the drives can be set individually and depending on the progress of the mixing process. For highly demanding recipes for sustainable concretes of the future, mixing times can be reduced by up to 30 % with the RIV ring-pan mixers.

High output

With our latest LiPerformance process optimisation, all processes are optimally coordinated. In combination with the Liebherr control system, up to 20 % higher output rates are possible compared to standard mixing plants of the same size class.

User friendliness

Faster cleaning

Cleanliness and convenience reach a new level with the new cleaning solutions from Liebherr. The LiClean cleaning solutions offer various options for efficient cleaning of the systems, saving up to 80 % time and 70 % water.

Generous space conditions

All accessible areas of the entire mixing plant are generously designed and offer sufficient space as well as very good access for maintenance and cleaning. Tools, spare parts or equipment can be stored at any time without compromising the working areas. All applicable standards for ergonomics and safety are complied with.

Extensive equipment options

In addition, the new system concept offers a wide range of individual and extensive equipment options that can further increase convenience and efficiency.

Maximum mobility, minimum assembly time

When developing the new Mobilmix, the focus was on fast assembly, high flexibility and sustainable concrete production. The innovative folding concept, combined with pre-cabling ex works, enables concrete production under the appropriate conditions after 9 days. No concrete work is required thanks to the design with steel foundation, lateral supports and tear plate cover. A simple, even, compacted soil is sufficient.

Diversity redefined

When developing the new Betomix, the focus was on maximum flexibility, sustainable concrete production and fast assembly.

Whether as Betomix-S (on steel foundation frame) with our innovative folding concept and pre-cabling ex works or as Betomix-C (on concrete foundations) with assembly of the individual modules on site, the Betomix can be individually designed for the required assembly time. Depending on the configuration selected, rapid concrete production is therefore possible after 15 days under the right conditions.
