Liebherr sells mobile cranes and crawler cranes to the Netherlands and Spain

The Dutch company Hovago Cranes B. V. from Dordrecht near Rotterdam celebrates its 70th anniversary this year. The crane company bought itself a present to mark the “big celebration”: a brand new LR 1500 crawler crane from Liebherr. The symbolic handover of the key took place at the Liebherr stand in the outdoor area at Bauma 2016. “Liebherr cranes have always played an important role in the history of our company”, stated Doran Livnat, owner of Hovago, on the occasion of the handover. “It should also be this way in the future”, said Christoph Kleiner, Managing Director Sales at Liebherr-Werk Ehingen GmbH, praising the good relationship with Hovago Cranes: “The company has been a customer from the very start, and has always given us valuable feedback for the optimisation our products.”

The Dutch company Mammoet also invested in a new LR 1500 crawler crane. The machine is part of a bigger crane package which Mammoet signed. “The LR 1500 is a great addition to our existing fleet”, stated CEO Jan Kleijn. Christoph Kleiner added: “We are delighted that our long-term partner Mammoet is one of the first customers to use the LR 1500, thus helping us advertise the crane around the world.”

The third success report: The Spanish customer Roxu purchased the brand new LTM 1450-8.1. The eight-axle machine, which celebrates its world première at Bauma 2016, is turning out to be a real sales hit. Over 40 machines of this model have already been sold.
