Liebherr original parts
With decades of experience gained from the production of construction machines, Liebherr original parts are developed and tested in a targeted manner, too, to guarantee the best protection for Liebherr machines and the highest possible efficiency in use.
Together with the Reman program, Liebherr offers you cost effective solutions in this way for the entire life of the machine.
Reliable. Powerful. Original.
Liebherr original parts are reliable and high performing. Regular preventative servicing, combined with Liebherr original parts upholds deployment readiness and aids value retention of your machine.
Reliability:
Every minutes counts when it comes to the cost-effectiveness of a machine. Liebherr's original parts service is therefore available to you around the clock. Even on weekends and public holidays. For fast and continual availability, the central warehouse works hand-in-hand with regional service partners.
High performing.
You expect a high level of productivity from your Liebherr machine, throughout the machine's entire service life - and rightly so. Quality and safety therefore enjoy the highest priority. This applies in equal measure to new machines, spare parts and retroinstallations.
Many parts and components are developed and manufactured in-house. This enables best possible harmonization.
Original:
Liebherr original parts are standard parts. In other words, they are made according to the same production process and are thereby subject to the usual comprehensive checks at Liebherr. This is important because the performance of the whole machine relies on the quality and compatibility of the individual parts.
The service packages bring together the advantages of original parts in a practical way.
Practical and easy to use
The Liebherr service packages are practical and convenient. All filters, seals, V-belts and other parts that you need for the service interval are available under one part number.
The original parts included in the service package contribute towards long-term performance of the machine
Dirt collection rate, flow capacity and filtration stages are just a few of the parameters that have been adapted to the performance requirements of the machine in the Liebherr service packages.
Selection of the respective service packages is quick and easy. Either with the well laid-out service package brochures or online via MyLiebherr.
The advantages at a glance:
- Economic: Up to 10% saving in cost with a service package compared with individual parts. Contribution towards optimum value retention of the machine thanks to high quality
- Safety: The Liebherr original parts included in the service package offer protection and efficiency in use. Advanced development of individual parts ensures a high level of operation safety
- Comfort: All parts that are needed for the maintenance interval are available under one order number. This saves time and helps to avoid unscheduled downtimes
- Co-operation: Expert advice for all matters relating to maintenance from Liebherr service partners
Reliable and powerful - Liebherr starter batteries
For a powerful start: Liebherr starter batteries
The starter battery has chiefly one task to fulfill – it must supply energy and always reliably.
The Liebherr starter batteries meet the highest of demands in terms of cyclic stability and cold test current. The supply program comprises maintenance-free and low maintenance batteries that, depending on the type and design, are also available dry charged.
Based on the technical design for all deployment situations, offroad and also onroad, Liebherr original starter batteries are reliable energy suppliers – not just for Liebherr construction machines.
The benefits to you at a glance
- High starting power
- Extreme cyclic stability
- Very high resistance to vibration
- Lower water consumption
- Low maintenance and maintenance-free versions
- Good value for money
Tooth shapes that are adapted to the respective type of ground contribute towards the efficiency of your machine
The right tooth for any deployment
To optimize the cost-effectiveness of Liebherr machines, the shape of the tooth must be adapted to the respective use. Liebherr offers you comprehensive tooth programs with tooth shapes for any task.
Tooth systems from Liebherr
The Liebherr Uni system
The low construction height and the narrow, self-sharpening tooth shape makes the Liebherr Uni system ideal for best digging with low penetration resistance.
Highly wear-resistant steel assures even under tough conditions the familiar reliability that has already proven its worth among wheel loaders. The side clamping sleeve locking mechanism enables simple and efficient tooth replacement.
Tooth shape | Features | Areas of application |
Standard tooth | Symmetrical cap with front cut-away section, self-sharpening, reversible | For types of ground that are easy to medium to dig (loamy sand, gravel, soft brown coal, soft / medium clay etc.). |
HD tooth | Cap with large material volume for long service life when deployed during wear-intensive operations | For particularly abrasive ground (granite, basalt, sandstone, stone containing quartz etc.) |
Pointed tooth | Pointed tooth for good penetration, reversible | For very hard and frozen ground, rock that is difficult to break (limestone, slate, brown coal, mining of wall gravel etc.) |
The Liebherr Z tooth system
The optimized tooth design leads to in an increase in efficiency on the construction site with the Liebherr Z system. The low digging resistance, the self-sharpening tooth shape as well as easy tooth replacement without hammering are positive points for the Liebherr Z system. The teeth are made from high tensile steel, which is distinguished by the highest level of resistance and long service life.

C-tooth | The conical shape helps to achieve very good penetration in compact ground | Easily dug ground and weakly compacted ground (e.g. loose, loamy sand, fine to medium gravel, moist or soft clay) |
CL-tooth | Long, drawn-out point with sharp cutting for very good penetration properties | Medium and compact ground types to ground with average plasticity (e.g. hard, loamy sand, medium clay, fine to medium clay) |
CR-tooth | The long, drawn-out point enables very good penetration in aggregate material. The broad and thick base of the tooth facilitates a long service life under wear-intensive conditions | Abrasive ground, rock (e.g. granite, basalt, sandstone mainly in connection with backhoe bucket deployment) |
R-tooth | Low cutting width and large wear volume result in high specific penetration force and service life | Difficult to dig ground, particularly abrasive ground, rock (e.g. limestone, slate, very hard clay, brown coal) |
P-tooth | Pointed tooth with good penetration capability even in hard stone | Very hard, frozen ground, rock that is very difficult to break (e.g. well set, unweathered shale) |
PF-tooth | Fork tip with outstanding penetration in extremely compact ground. Can be fitted to corners of bucket as a supplement to the P-points in order to maintain tilt angle | Very hard and frozen ground, rock that is difficult to break (e.g. well set, unweathered shale, heavy ore with medium and weak cracks, slag heaps from steelworks) |
L-tooth | Very good penetration in compact ground. Ideal for precise leveling together with single arm tooth adapter | Light to medium ground hardness (e.g. loamy sand, clay, fine to medium gravel) |
H-tooth | Good penetration in aggregate material. The broad and thick base of the tooth facilitates a long service life under wear-intensive conditions | Abrasive ground, rock (e.g. granite, basalt, sandstone; mainly in connection with two arm tooth adapter and intermediate tooth segments) |
