<h2>Aufgaben</h2><ul><li>Umsetzung der Complaint Management Prozesse</li><li>Betreiben von Datenanalysen bei Reklamationen (Problembeschreibung und Ursachenforschung)</li><li>Abwicklung von Reklamationen (kundenseitig und intern)</li><li>Kommunikation und Koordination mit den Fachabteilungen (intern, extern)</li><li>Aufbereiten und Rückmelden von Reklamationen an die verursachenden Stellen (eigene Produktion, Lieferanten via Supply Chain Quality)</li><li>Einfordern der Maßnahmen auf Reklamationen (bei kritischen Kundenreklamationen wie Serienfehlern)</li><li>Definition des Verursachers</li><li>Erstellen von internen und kundenseitigen Reports</li><li>Beurteilung von getroffenen Abstellmaßnahmen auf Angemessenheit und Wirksamkeit</li><li>Abklären der Reklamationsstatistiken mit dem Kunden (open Item List)</li><li>Freigabe bzw. Erstellung von 8D Berichten zu Fehlermeldung zur Weiterleitung an den Kunden</li><li>Mitarbeit zur Weiterentwicklung des Complaint Prozesses</li><li>8D-Teamleiter-Funktion</li></ul><h2>Qualifikation</h2><ul><li>Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Kundendienst oder Technik</li><li>HTL, HAK oder vergleichbare Ausbildung</li><li>Technisch fundierte Produktkenntnisse über Klimageräte</li><li>EDV Grundkenntnisse (MS-Office), Infor-LN, Q-Modul</li><li>Analytische Fähigkeiten</li><li>Teamfähigkeit</li><li>Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse</li><li>Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse</li><li>Hohe Belastbarkeit</li><li>Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise</li></ul><h2>Unser Angebot</h2><p>Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von mindestens € 57.600,- brutto anzugeben.
