Liebherr CMCtec India Private Limited in Pune (India) was established in 2008 and started its manufacturing plant in its own facility on Pune Solapur Highway in 2012. The company is responsible for the production of tower cranes and drives.

<h2>Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Technical calculation of components and assemblies of internal combustion engines.</li><li>Performing thermal, static and dynamic, linear and nonlinear FEM calculations.</li><li>Component optimization in terms of weight, stiffness, resistance and fatigue life.</li><li>Generating FE calculation models using commercial FEM software (ANSYS)</li><li>Fatigue life assessment of components using commercial software (FEMFAT)</li><li>Organization and monitoring of externally performed calculations.</li><li>Determination of experimental validation procedures, assess the obtained results and correlate the simulation models.</li><li>Results evaluation and preparation of calculation reports.</li><li>Generation and maintenance of calculation tools (Excel spreadsheets, pre/post processing tools, automation tools, python scripts, etc.)</li><li>Process definition (work instructions, workflow documents, etc.)</li><li>Perform 1D torsional vibration analyses.</li><li>Perform multi-body simulations related to the crank train.</li><li>Definition of tightening prescriptions.</li><li>Perform gear calculations using Kisssoft.</li></ul><h2>Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Mechanical engineer or similar degree (aerospace engineer, applied physics, etc.)</li><li>Good FEM software knowledge.</li><li>Good knowledge in material fatigue.</li><li>10 to 14 Years of professional experience as structural engineer.</li></ul><p>Have we awoken your interest?
