Duties
The CS Assistant is responsible for invoicing the entire machine installation and service assignments. They include compiling the service technician's travel expenses and additional expenses.
Additionally, the administrator fulfills a supporting function and thus carries out many different tasks such as:
• Administrative office work.
• Handling of business trips, correspondence, etc.
• Filing (crane file, offers, orders file, warranty cases, etc.)
• Filling out the working hours reports of service engineers.
• Issuing warranties, goodwill, etc.
• Project closure - out-of-service, warranty, and goodwill projects
• Working with internal software applications
• Issue applications and invitation letters.
• Preparation of certificates
• Registration for and organization of trainings
• Creating lists (phone list, on-call duties, organizational chart, vacation list, etc.)
• Administration and service entries
• Procurement of office supplies
Competences
- Completed education in a related field.
- English language proficiency for understanding documentation and communication.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position
