• The Senior Executive IT (ERP) BAAN will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s ERP system (BAAN/Infor LN).
• This role involves overseeing ERP implementation, customization, integration, and support to ensure that the system meets business needs and enhances operational efficiency.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with BAAN/Infor LN and a strong background in ERP project management.
• ERP Management:
  • Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the BAAN/Infor LN ERP system.
  • Business Process Optimization: Work with business units to streamline and optimize processes using the ERP system.
  • Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system through regular audits and validation checks.
• Integration:
  • Integrate the ERP system with other business applications and data sources.
  • Project Management: Lead ERP-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, working with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Training:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of the ERP system by end-users.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and changes.
• Compliance:
  • Ensure the ERP system complies with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in ERP processes and functionality.

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

• Qualification and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing BAAN/Infor LN ERP systems, with a strong background in ERP project management.
  • Proficiency in BAAN/Infor LN ERP system, including customization, integration, and support.
  • Proven experience in leading ERP projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Relevant certifications in BAAN/Infor LN ERP.
  • Familiarity with database management, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
