- The Senior Executive: Power BI Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business analytics dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
- This role requires a strong understanding of business intelligence, data integration, and data analysis.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify their reporting needs and deliver solutions that provide actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into data models and visualizations.
- Integrate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks.
- Optimize Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and provide training and support.
- Develop and maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, trends, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.
Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with a focus on Power BI.
- Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Experience with SQL and other database technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
