Responsibilities

• You are accountable of the daily management of a purchasing portfolio
• You manage supplier relationship (Sourcing, RFQ, price negotiation, contract management, long term agreement, business reviews, QDCF…)
• You conduct Conduct price negotiations and contract negotiations
• You coordinate supplier evaluations with Supplier Quality Manager / Co Audit
• You initiate and drive cost reduction activities
• You coordinate overseas sourcing activities with sister entities.

Profile

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, economics, management, project management or purchasing.
• You have 1 to 2 years' experience as a Commodity Buyer in the Automotive, Construction Equipment, Aviation or Railway Industry.
• You have a good knowledge of French, German and English.
• You are familiar with ERP, Share Point and Microsoft Office.
• You are organized, flexible, with a strong analytical mind and excellent teamwork skills.  You are always keen to learn and are constantly striving to improve your performance.
