This position will take care of HR continuous improvement by overseeing and analyzing general spectrums of HR excellence, incl. to deliver accurate HR data and analytics to HR Manager and Management for strategic initiatives and decision making purpose

Your responsibilities

  • Implement policies and procedures set by the company and Liebherr Group, incl. HR compliance.
  • To compile and analyze a variety of HR data sets and conduct strategic studies to produce insights, and measure and report on organizational effectiveness.
  • Partnering with HR Leaders to influence business decisions by drawing meaningful insights from our HR data.
  • To work along with HR Leaders in organizing Employee’s talent development, performance review, succession plan, and rewards/remuneration management.
  • Provide support to HR Leaders in delivering stability, experience, and guidance to junior HR team members, incl. to take on some coaching and mentoring responsibilities.
  • Provide Compensation and Benefit proposal not limited to Employee Salary Benefit and Employee Termination, etc.
  • Provide Compensation & Benefit Analysis, not limited to medical insurance, allowances, pension, etc.
  • Communicate with respective parties related to medical coverage and renewal and pension plan, including analyze data for Management decision.
  • Provide and maintain Report Payroll.
  • Monitor Time Attendance which is related to Payroll Process.
  • Monitor the HRIS process as transfer process, termination, position changes, employees' movement, etc.
  • Provide Data Management Reporting and its analysis as employees' turn over, attrition, employee list.
  • To work along with HR Supervisor and HR Operation team to provide and deliver Employee-related data to the requestor Departments.
  • To work along with HR Operation team to provide the employment-extension-related documents.
  • To work along with HR Operation team to collect and store data of Employee Exit Management (Employee Exit Clearance, Exit Interview, final document, internal feedback letter, etc) to final payroll process.

Your qualifications

  • Integrity - requires being honest and ethical.
  • Minimum 3 year experience working in HR Function
  • Good in English both Verbal and Written.
  • Law and Government - Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations.
