Responsibilities

This Accountant role is a fixed term contract for 9 to 12 months as maternity cover.The successful candidate can be a Qualified Accountant / Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
•    Monthly management accounts.
•    Process Employee Expenses and Advances.

•    Cash flow forecasting.
•    Cash management.
•    Supplier Payments.
•    Supplier reconciliations to include intercompany.
•    Assist in audit process.
•    VAT filings.
•    Statistic Reports
•    Ad hoc project work.

Qualifications Requirements and Experience

•    Strong communication and reporting skills (verbal and in writing).
•    Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws and a proven ability to work as part of a team.
•    Exceptional planning and organizing skills, enabling you to multi-task, plan, and prioritize work within agreed timescales.
•    Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for accuracy.
•    Highly organised, with excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiating and leadership skills.
