Job summary: Responsible for IT Infrastructure area. Looked as link between and Business users and IT infrastructure. Providing consultation on infrastructure usage Responsibie for IT Security,

Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure working of IT infrastructure system whic include Server, netwwork, Other peripherals
Ensure Liebherr’s IT Security policeis are in place and maintained Support in User Management (create, update, de-activate / delete)
Support in Asset Management (create, update, de-activate / delete)
Support in End user training (plan, execute)
Increase awareness among the user about the IIT policy and optimal utilisation of IT resourcs

Roles:
Provide Level 2 & 3 support for the incidents Server & backup management
Network management
Maintain contingency plan
ERP Administration
Ensure execution of the scheduled jobs
Analyze the incidents for root cause to prepare and implement the permanent solution
Vendor Management and Billing
License management
Communication Links (MPLS, PRI, ILL, Mobile, etc)
Internla IT Audits
Prepare MIS on monthly basis
Support in IT Budget management

Basic Education and Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer.
4-8 years’ experience
