Key representatives from both Liebherr Indonesia and AMMAN – one of the largest copper and gold companies in Indonesia – celebrated the commissioning of this dozer fleet at an event at Batu Hijau. The two companies came together to share their pride in the work accomplished by both sides.

Indonesia has become Liebherr’s second biggest mining dozer market in less than three years, since the introduction of the PR 776 at Batu Hijau in 2021. Thanks to the dozer’s hydrostatic drive, this machine not only offers exceptional onsite efficiency but also the lowest hourly fuel burn – and therefore the lowest carbon footprint – in the 70-tonne dozer class. The PR 776 is also available in high drive, a running gear particularly well suited for mining applications, which Wayne Perry, AMMAN’s General Manager of Mining, very much appreciates when on site.
