Vibrating
For this pile driving method a vibrator brings the piling element into harmonious longitudinal oscillation. This oscillation is transferred from the piling element to the directly adjacent soil. Thus, the friction along the piling element is significantly reduced during the pile driving process. Due to the weight of the vibrator or pushing with the help of the crowd system the piling element can be installed in the ground. The piling elements can also be extracted following the same principle.
When using high-frequency vibrators with variable static moment, noise and vibrations levels are especially low. Subsequently, it is also possible to carry out vibrating work directly next to sensitive buildings. If the vibrator is guided on a leader, crowd forces can be transferred.
Leader guided vibrating
The high-frequency vibrator is guided directly on the leader, which allows precise installation of the piling element.
Sheet pile walls
Steel sheet piles are installed for temporary or permanent supporting and securing measures.
Auxiliary winch
The auxiliary winch of an LRB carrier machine lifts sheet piles into position. These are attached to the vibrator by clamping tongs.
Vibrated cast-in-place pile
A vibratory hammer installs a steel pipe with a disposable base plate in the ground. After concrete has been pumped in through the pipe, it is extracted again through vibration.
Ring vibrator
The ring vibrator allows installation of piles exceeding the leader length. The reinforcement cage can be inserted before concreting and without disconnecting the vibrator.
Free-hanging vibratory hammer
Vibrators may also work free-hanging on a duty cycle crawler crane.
Swinging leader
The swinging leader hangs on the duty cycle crawler crane via a special traverse. This method is suitable for pile driving work with very large inclinations.
Fixed leader
A special fixed leader is attached to the boom of the duty cycle crawler crane. The vibrator is guided by the leader so transferring crowd forces. This method is suitable for especially long piling elements.
Flushing container
Flushing with water or air reduces the resistance during installation and so increases the performance for pile driving.
Flushing lines
Flushing lines are welded to the lower end of the piling element. A flushing container supplies the lines with the flushing medium.
Video vibrating
The video shows different applications with hydraulically driven vibratory hammers and ring vibrators.
