Your responsibilities
- Dealing with orders/sales orders/contracts/customs clearance/freight documents as per customer requirements
- Translate and process warranty claims from agents
- Maintain machine documentation records and paper/photo archives
- Collect working hours and calculate cost allocation for the service team
- Assist service manager to complete service reports/statistics/analysis
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Major in Mechanical engineering or related
- Basic English skills
